Adidas gives Blue Light Card members two routes to a lower price. A member discount code takes 15% off selected products, and Blue Light Card also sells adidas Shopping Cards at 9% below face value, which are spent on adidas.com across the full range.
Code or Shopping Card
The code is limited to selected products, while the Shopping Card works on anything adidas sells online, including lines the code leaves out. On a £75 pair of running shoes covered by the code, 15% saves £11.25 against £6.75 from paying with a Shopping Card, but on items outside the code the card is the only member saving available. Whether the two can be used on the same order depends on the code’s terms.
adiClub, Delivery and the Outlet
adiClub, the free adidas membership, has offered 10% off a first order, standard delivery is free on orders over £40, and items can be returned within 30 days. The outlet section carries older lines at reduced prices, and because a Shopping Card counts as payment it still applies there.
Adidas trainers are also sold at JD Sports, which gives members 10% off full-price items online, and Nike has its own member code.
